My observations on the accounting procedures for the Litcham Parish Council are as follows: -

All entries into cash book where neatly and efficiently carried out by the Parish Clerk clearly set out for anyone to understand.

All entries where balanced off

Good records are kept with all receipts and Invoices to substantiate any expenditure.
 
I note the Yearly rent on Long Meadow is being collected on a regular basis.

I also note VAT repayments are collected on a regular basis.
