Before the meeting Chris England from West Norfolk Council for Voluntary Services will address the meeting and outline the purpose of his organization and how it may be able to help community project within Litcham.
1) To consider apologies and reasons for absence.
2) Declarations of Interest
by Councilors in any of the agenda items listed below.
3) Minutes of previous meeting to be agreed and signed as a true record of the meeting held on 18 July.
4) To Hear Reports: Progress on items from previous meetings for information or reminders only. Items not on this agenda requiring decisions will be placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
5) Use of School Tennis Courts ­ to consider formation of 'Litcham Parish Sports Association' to promote sporting activities in the village.
6) Litcham Common
i) To consider request for donation towards insurance costs.
ii) To considered Parish Councils position on installation of cattle grids on Dunham Rd. to facilitate introduction of grazing on Litcham Common.
7) Dog Fouling to consider position of Dog fouling signs within the village.
8) Planning : to note planning applications.
i) 3PL/2005/0905/A Primrose House, Alteration to plans.
ii) Enforcement order The Mill Litcham Rd. Mobile homes.
iii) Confirmation of Tree presevation order 2005 No.20.
iv) 3PL/2005/1333/F rear of Cedarville; Front St., single story building
9) Financial Business:
i) to receive the financial reconciliation for the year to date
ii) To revive Internal Auditors report.
iii) To consider Budget for 2005-2006 and decide amount for Precept Request.
to approve payments to: (for information only as these payments have already been made)
iv) E-on Electricity , 2 payments of £37.72p paid by Direct Debit for Aug-Sept.
to consider payments to:
v) to Norfolk County Services of £353-94 for Graveyard Maintenance Aug-Sept.
vi) Parish Clerk; salary June-August - £701.04p.
vii) T.T. Jones for Streelight repair £209.14.
10) To note Correspondence from:
i) Letter from.Powergen "Community Power" re: local Wind Farms
