P.C. Andrea Beard will attend the meeting to talk about and answer any question concerning local policing issues.
1)To consider apologies and reasons for absence.
2)Declarations of Interest:
by Councilors in any of the agenda items listed below.
3)Minutes of Previous Meeting to be agreed and signed.
4)To Hear Reports: Progress on items from previous meetings for information or reminders only.
   Items not on this agenda requiring decisions will be placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
5) Regulatory Documents: To adopt the Standing Orders, Financial Regulations, Code of Conduct and Publishing Scheme put forward by the Processes Workgroup.
6) Appointments: to appoint councillors to Planning Committee and Processes Workgroup to replace recent resignations.
7) Norfolk Rural Community Council: to consider membership of Norfolk Rural Community Council.
8) Hedges: to consider Council approach to footpath maintenance and overgrown hedges.
9) Graveyard Maintenance: to consider renewal of NCS contract for maintenance of graveyard.
10) Gate at Rear of Graveyard: to consider allowing pedestrian access to rear of graveyard.
11) Carpet Bowls Equipment: to consider disposal of this equipment.
12) Financial Business:
i)to receive the financial reconciliation for the year to date.
to note payments to: (for information only as these payments have already been made)
ii) E-on Electricity, £37.72p paid by Direct Debit for January.
to consider payments to:
iii) Mark Sheard; travel expenses of £6.66 and application for Child Care Allowance.
iv) Request for a donation towards the cost of running "Groovy Movers' youth club.
