3) Minutes of Previous Meeting to be agreed and signed as a true record of the meeting held on 20th February 2006 in the Jubilee Hall, Litcham
4) To Hear Reports: Progress on items from previous meetings for information or reminders only. Items not on this agenda requiring decisions will be placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
5) Graveyard Gate: To Consider Parochial Church Council's response to request for a pedestrian access to rear of Graveyard.
6) Road Safety: to consider action re the following;
 i) Exit from School playing field into back lane. (C Lloyd-Owen)
  ii) Speed limit: Watery Lane and Dereham Rd. (Mike Oldfield)
  iii) Approach from Mileham Rd. (Playing field car park).
7) Update Heritage Map : to consider updating the Village Heritage Maps.
8) Trees: to consider impact of current regulations regarding tree pruning inside the Conservation Area.
9) Planning :
  i) Application BT/2006/0001/BTM microwave mast at Primary School.
  ii) Application 3PL/2006/0281/F; rear extension at The Haven, Butt Lane
10) Financial Business:
  i) to receive the financial reconciliation for the year to date (attached)
to consider payments to:
  ii) by cheque; £82.25 to T.T. Jones for streetlight Maintenance (4th Quarter)
  iii) Jubilee Hall for use of hall for Council Meetings £39 plus £30 yearly lighting grant.
  iv) NRCC yearly subscription for 2006-7 of £15.
  v) Church and Village magazine, request for donation to cover running costs.
  vi) Clerk Salary: £701.04 plus £79.21 Administrative costs
  vii) To Clerk £180.86 for purchase of photocopier.
11) To consider Correspondence from:
  i) Letter of thanks and drawing from 'Groover Movers'.
  ii) Letters of thanks from Litcham Youth Club and Tittleshall Bowls Club
  iii) NCAPTC - training schedule.
  iv) Local Bus Services review.
12) Items for the next agenda.
13) To confirm the Annual Parish Meeting will take place on the Monday 24th April starting at 7.30pm in the Jubilee Hall.
14) To Confirm the Annual General Meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Monday 15th May 2006 and the next Ordinary meeting of the Parish Council will take place on the 19th June both starting at 7.30pm in the Jubilee Hall, Church Street, Litcham.
