Representatives of village organisations are invited to read to the meeting reports on their organisation's activities over the last twelve months. Written reports will be placed on file by the Parish Council and published on the Council's website.
5) To Receive Annual Report of the Parish Council .
6) Presentation of Parish Council Accounts.
7) Matters Arising: Other matters of concern to local residents.
8) To confirm dates for the next Annual Parish Meeting as April 16th April 2007 in the Jubilee Hall. , Church St, Litcham.
