Visit by Ian Mitchell of the Ramblers association to discuss footpath issues.
1)    Apologies; to consider apologies and reasons for absence.
2)    Declarations of Interest by Councilors in any of the agenda items listed below.
3)    Minutes of Previous Meeting to be agreed and signed as a true record of the meeting held on 18th June 2006 in the Jubilee Hall, Litcham.
4)    To Hear Reports: Progress on items from previous meetings for information or reminders only.
5)    Appointment of New Clerk: to consider candidates for post of Clerk to Council.
6)    Footpaths: to consider latest information regarding improvement or creation of footpaths around Litcham.
7)    Road Safety: Access to the School Playing Field from Back Lane.
8)    Litter Bin on Common; to consider request from Litcham Common Management Committee for provision of litter bin in Litcham Common car park. (see notes.)
9)    Planning :
i)    to note letter from Breckland Planning Enforcement regarding Hanworh House, Pound Lane.

ii)    to note granting of permission for application no.3PL/2007/0585/F; Kiln House. Demolition of existing kitchen and addition of store and erection of two story annex.

iii)    Application 3PL/2007/0868/LB The Priory, Church St.; Removal of existing buildings and replacement garage/implement buildings.
10)    Financial Business:
i)    to receive and approve the financial reconciliation for the year to date.
ii)    to note Internal Audit report.
iii)    to complete and sign Audit Return.

v)    two payments of £60.82 to Eon for street-lighting power during May & June.
vi)    of £191.90 (£163.32+VAT) to Glasdon UK for two Fido Dog bins and mounting kit.
vii)    to consider request for Donation from Vitalise.
viii)    to consider request for donation towards the cost of a wreath from the British Legion.

13)    Next Meeting: to confirm the next meeting of Litcham Parish Council will take place on the Monday 17th September starting at 7.30pm in the Jubilee Hall.
