4)    To Receive Reports from Village Organisations.
Representatives of village organisations are invited to read to the meeting reports on their organisations activities over the last twelve months. Written reports will be placed on file by the Parish Council and published on the Council’s website.

5)    To Receive Annual Report of the Parish Council.
6)    Presentation of Parish Council Accounts.
7)    Matters Arising: Other matters of concern to local residents.
8)    To confirm dates for the next Annual Parish Meeting as April 20th April 2009 in the Jubilee Hall.
